It’s important to us that you’re completely satisfied with your CeCe & Jax merchandise.
We accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery of your purchase. All return items must be sent back in their original packaging, unwashed with any tags attached. For sanitary concerns we cannot take back personal items including, but not limited to hats, underwear, swimwear, or socks.
Items bought as part of any kind of BOGO sale will be refunded at its lowest discount price unless all parts of that individual sale are returned.
**Final Sale items and Gift cards are not refundable.
To Return a Damaged or Incorrect Product
We strive for the best service, so if the return is due to a damaged item or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard USPS shipping only. Unfortunately, packages returned using expedited shipping cannot receive a full postage refund.
When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card/ Paypal/ Gift Card). These refunds will appear on your account about 7-10 business days from our processing the returned package.
To send an item back to us, please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can start the return process. Please do not ship your item back to the manufacturer. Through contacting us we’ll provide a shipping label for your convenience, but you will still need to pay for postage to complete the return shipment. We suggest that you get tracking for any returns as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to our ever-changing store inventory, CeceandJax.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund and place a new order with us at any time.
